Nikon P 500 has 12.1-megapixel CMOS image sensor, 36x optical zoom lens with a Nikkor 22.5 mm wide, and a 3-inch LCD screen with anti-reflective coating. The camera has full manual control and an electronic viewfinder is sharp, stable image, but also supports Full HD 1080p video recording and offers an HDMI output.
